MoreYoga Hosts FREE Festival Of Yoga & Wellness 24th & 25th July

More Yoga students

London’s biggest yoga brand will celebrate the end of social distancing with a weekend of over 140 FREE YOGA & PILATES classes across its 33 London studios.

In just 5 years MoreYoga has pioneered the growth of yoga in the Capital, disrupting the yoga scene with its ethos of affordability and accessibility and bringing yoga to the heart of local communities across London.

On Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th July, all Londoners will be able to experience the mental and physical health benefits of yoga, with MoreYoga’s high quality instructors guiding a range of sessions at over 30 of the community-led studios, welcoming old and new customers alike for a weekend of free practice.

As co-founder and CEO, Shamir Sidhu explains; ” We want to give back to the London community. We’re conscious that people need to nurture their physical and mental health and yoga is the perfect way to do so.

As has always been our mission, we want to remove barriers to enable people to try yoga and learn about the benefits of this practice and how it could really support them.”

The pandemic has caused irrefutable changes to everyday life, with people finding it difficult to carve out time and safe spaces to practise self-care and find moments of calm. It has also exacerbated the mental health crisis.

MoreYoga’s goal is to help rectify this by spreading the message that nurturing, convenient and affordable practice is not for the privileged few, but for everyone.

With over 140 classes taking place across the two-day period, the opportunity to dip your toes into the start of a life-changing yoga journey is endless.

Combined with our online platform MoreYoga Wellness TV, we’re now offering a blended service that accommodates people’s change in lifestyle over the past 18 months. We can’t wait to welcome people back and strengthen our yoga community.” Sidhu adds.

MoreYoga has been providing Londoners with incredible instructors at convenient locations across the capital since 2016.

With studios in every pocket of London including Brixton, Old Street, Balham, Uxbridge, Greenwich, Elephant & Castle, Tower Bridge and Stratford.
