SAS: Who Dares Wins stars, Jason Fox from Clapham and Ollie Ollerton from Burton, have announced the acquisition of their fitness app, ‘Battle Ready 360’.
The ‘Battle Ready 360’ app has been integrated to established Glasgow-headquartered community wellness and fitness app, TRUCONNECT’s existing offering, which already features exclusive workout programmes from an exciting array of celebrities including actress and presenter Gemma Atkinson, MMA Hall-of-Famer Georges St Pierre and actress Helen Flanagan.
On a mission to get people moving around the globe, the duo will take inspiration from the ultimate challenges faced in their days as Special Forces Operatives, to help those who are perhaps struggling to commit to their fitness and wellbeing to take control.
Jason Fox explains: “Ollie and I created the Battle Ready 360 app to help anyone conquer self-doubt and overcome procrastination in achieving their goals – its acquisition by TRUCONNECT is really exciting for us. We want to be able to make a difference to the lives of as many people as possible around the globe.”
Ollie adds: “A lot of people think courage and digging deep can’t be taught, but they can – we want to help people achieve the results they both desire and deserve through ground-breaking new fitness plans.”
The acquisition sees all content from the ‘Battle Ready 360’ app now available exclusively on the TRUCONNECT app, with plans for more exciting content to come from the duo landing on the TRUCONNECT app later this summer.
David Weir, founder and CEO of TRUCONNECT’s parent brand The Original Fit Factory, explains: “We’re striving to build an ecosystem of wellness products and services that is second to none in improving the wellbeing of individuals, businesses and employees worldwide. That includes producing the best possible fitness content working with renowned figures like Jason and Ollie.”
David adds: “I’m excited to try their new workouts myself – there’s going to be a strong focus placed on how to develop a combat mindset, but as with all of our programmes, they will be accessible to all, starting with the basics and progressing through to commando training.”
The acquisition follows TRUCONNECT’s acquisition of Double Olympic Champion, Dame Kelly Holmes’ holistic employee wellbeing platform ‘Elf at Work’, geared towards supporting both the physical and mental wellbeing of employees, empowering them and their businesses to thrive amidst a challenging workplace landscape.
The TRUCONNECT app is home to the world’s best workout and self-care content designed to improve body and mind.
It features over 1,000 mental and physical health programmes, allowing users to connect with friends, create custom workouts, try nutritious recipes, unwind with meditation and more.
Designed to elevate the well-being journey for everyone, it is part of The Original Fit Factory’s ecosystem of wellness brands encompassing fitness, wellness, nutrition, apparel and live events.
The TRUCONNECT app is available to download on the App Store, via Google Play and on the HUAWEI AppGallery. £9.99 a month. Download today for your free 14-day trial; visit the TRUCONNECT website or @fitness on Instagram to find out more.
