It also includes enzymes, specifically papaya fruit enzyme to naturally dissolve stains, along with sodium bicarbonate and vitamin E for soothing.
In plain English: it’s engineered to lift and break down staining gradually rather than going at your teeth like a pressure washer.

Whites Beaconsfield says stains are gradually removed with regular use without causing damage to veneers or natural teeth. It should be used instead of their existing paste — two mins, twice per day — and is intended for adult use.
