New Balance has revealed FC Porto’s unique new Away kit for the 21/22 season.
A nod to the vibrancy and tradition of the contemporary city, the new strip takes inspiration from classic kits with a striking, retro-inspired graphic across the jersey. The kit features a Navy and Nautical Blue design, complete with Metallic Gold details.
The bespoke jersey also incorporates a collar insert complete with the words ‘FC Porto’ on the reverse. Matching shorts complete the look.
FC Porto forward Mehdi Taremi said, “It’s great to see such a striking design. The shirt has a real feeling of heritage and I’m certain it will please the fans”.
General Manager of New Balance Football, Kenny McCallum said: “Porto was at the heart of this design. The city is the perfect blend of past and present cultures and was the ideal inspiration for a striking jersey, with a subtle nod to the past”.
The goalkeeper kit is introduced in Saffron with a Blazing Yellow speckled graphic.
New Balance has applied cutting edge design technology across all 21/22 jerseys to ensure superior performance. Developed using innovative NB Dry, to help keep players fresh and dry from the first to the final whistle.
The Away kit release is part of the brand’s ‘Dragons March On’ campaign in recognition of the Club’s unwavering pursuit of success.
