Circle: Saudi Arabia’s New Frontier in Wellness, Performance, and Recovery

Circle Founders Andrew Constanti and Salman Al Naimi

Saudi Arabia’s wellness scene is about to get a serious upgrade with Circle landing in Khobar next summer. Think less treadmills-and-towels, more smart training meets proper recovery: a space where athlete-level performance and evidence-based rehab live side by side, so you can work hard, repair well, and actually feel the difference.

The idea was sparked by two men from opposite sides of the world—each an expert in his field—who saw the same opportunity. Andrew Constanti, a UK entrepreneur and founder of London’s elite performance gym BoxCentric, and Salman Al Naimi, a Saudi wellness innovator and Co-Founder of Echo in Riyadh, have combined forces to build something neither could have achieved alone.

Circle was built to meet a real need,” says Al Naimi. “People here want a place that doesn’t just follow global trends but sets a new standard that fits our community and culture, with the advantage of two established UK and Saudi businesses joining together.”

From London’s BoxCentric to Khobar’s Circle

Constanti’s BoxCentric has earned its stripes in the UK by developing athletes from the ground up, including professional heavyweight David Adeleye, and by creating a community-driven approach to high performance. Having already expanded into Kuwait, Constanti saw Saudi Arabia as the natural next step—a country where fitness, culture, and innovation are evolving in tandem.

Saudi Arabia is in a defining phase,” he says. “Circle combines our experience from London and Riyadh to create something lasting through already established UK and Saudi brands bringing combat, fitness and recovery—a space for everyone to train, recover, and belong.”

Echoing Wellness and Performance

Al Naimi’s Echo, co-founded with Dr. Rayan Abdulwahed, has become one of Riyadh’s leading recovery and rehabilitation centres. Known for blending medical science with holistic wellness, it’s the perfect counterpart to Constanti’s performance philosophy.

Together, the two founders are creating Circle, an environment that unites peak physical training with advanced recovery and lifestyle support—a full-circle approach to wellbeing.

Echo brings the science; BoxCentric brings the sweat. The result? A new benchmark for wellness in the region.

A Space That Breathes

Built around six core pillars, Circle’s Khobar spot is set up for real-world results: smart training zones, proper recovery tech, and easygoing social areas that don’t feel like an afterthought. Think high-intensity combat and conditioning spaces next to integrated rehab suites, all wrapped in a calm, light-filled design—natural light, plants, clean lines—so you can push hard, reset well, and actually want to hang around after.

Circle isn’t just about what you do there—it’s about how you feel. Belonging, recovery, and progression are baked into the design.

Built for the Next Generation of Saudi Wellness

You couldn’t pick a better moment. Saudi’s health and wellness market is on track to top USD 81 billion by 2033, with Vision 2030 pushing people to move more and live better. Circle isn’t just jumping on a trend—it’s bringing a blueprint for real lifestyle change: evidence-based training, proper recovery, and a community that keeps you showing up.

Circle was built to serve a real need. A space that doesn’t just follow global wellness trends, but sets a new standard rooted in community and performance,” says Al Naimi.

Constanti adds: “Saudi Arabia is in a powerful phase of transformation, and our goal is to provide a wellness model that reflects that. Ambitious, inclusive, and built to last.”

Khobar: The Perfect Starting Point

Khobar, Saudi Arabia’s rising star in business and lifestyle, is the ideal launchpad. Recently ranked the “most improved” city in the Economist Intelligence Unit’s 2025 Global Liveability Index, it’s a melting pot of cultures, professionals, and families seeking balance between work and wellbeing.

“With a strong team, a prime location, and two established businesses behind us, we have the expertise to create a frontier market,” says Constanti.

Circle didn’t pick Khobar by chance—it picked it on purpose. The city feels like the brand in real life: progressive without the faff, diverse by default, and rooted in community.

A Vision Beyond Borders

The founders’ ambitions stretch far beyond Saudi Arabia. From its Khobar base, Circle plans to expand across the Gulf and into the UK within three years. With success already proven in Kuwait and Riyadh, the brand is positioning itself as a first mover in fully integrated wellness—training, recovery, and community engagement combined.

“We have already proved that our brand works with our presence in Kuwait,” says Constanti. “Now, with Saudi Arabia and with a visionary like Salman who built his own established recovery and health span brand business in Riyadh, we are set to be first movers in combining three pillars: Training, Fitness and Recovery within one Circle.”

Opening Summer 2026

When Circle opens its doors in Summer 2026, it won’t just be another health club—it’ll be a living, breathing ecosystem for performance, recovery, and belonging. Designed for men, women, and families alike, it promises to redefine what wellness looks like in the Gulf.

Two entrepreneurs. Two proven legacies. One shared mission—to create a Circle where strength meets recovery, and community meets purpose.
