HILTON GLASGOW, have launched hotel rooms with their very own private gym area so guests can pursue their fitness and well-being goals from within the privacy of their own room.
Part of the Hilton Group’s global Five Feet to Fitness™ programme, Hilton Glasgow is the first hotel in the UK outside of London to feature the innovative room designs.
The Five Feet to Fitness™ kiosk provides access to over 200 guided fitness tutorials and classes all available from an easy-to-use touchscreen display.
The gym is kitted out with high-quality equipment to aid a range of fitness modalities including strength, suspension, body weight, core, yoga, HIIT and meditation.
Equipment includes an indoor cycle, TRX suspension bands, fitness balls, sand bells, yoga mat, bosu ball and much more.
The introduction of in-room fitness equipment reflects a growing trend of leisure and business travellers seeking to maintain their exercise regime while away from home.
This summer, sportspeople including football star Cristiano Ronaldo and American football legend Tom Brady have been spotted working out on vacation to stay in shape, while celebrities including actress Eva Longoria and TV presenter Davina McCall have been snapped maintaining a holiday fitness regime.
The newly refurbished rooms come fully equipped with a king bed, USB charging points, reading lamp, table with chair, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, 56-inch flat-screen TV and air- conditioning.
Hilton Glasgow is situated at the heart of Glasgow City Centre, only a ten-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station, with easy access to the M8/M74 motorways, Glasgow Airport and beyond. Glasgow was recently voted Friendliest City in the World by Time Out and placed 4th in the overall Best Cities in the World 2022.
