Leading supplier and manufacturer of premium commercial gym equipment in the UK & Ireland Dyaco UK Ltd, have today announced a strategic merger with Sweatband.com, the UK’s leading supplier of sports and fitness products.
By joining forces, Dyaco UK will become the only company in the UK that can supply the entire fitness market – from high-end commercial spaces, home fitness and every sport in between – providing a bespoke end to end service direct to both consumers and businesses.
Dyaco UK’s turnover reached £5 million in 2021/2022, and in this calendar year so far, they have reported a 33% growth in sales. Following the merger, Dyaco UK is on course to achieve £20 million in turnover for the 2023 financial year.
CEO of Dyaco UK and Sweatband.com, Dean Jackson, who has 20 years’ experience within the fitness and retail industry leading strategy for key fitness wholesalers including RFE International Ltd, will be instrumental in directing the strategic collaboration, which will bring together the strengths and expertise of both companies to deliver innovative products, superior customer experiences, and accelerated growth within key markets.
Founder of Sweatband.com, Maz Darvish, will be remaining as a shareholder, beginning a new venture launching AI technology company Cognition Hub in tandem, and will continue to play a key role in elevating the growth at Dyaco UK.
