If you thought Canterbury had peaked with the roaring success of their Red Dahlia boots, think again. The heritage rugby brand has just unveiled its slick new ‘White Pack’ range – the first time Canterbury has rolled out a white colourway since 2023 – and it’s set to turn heads from the front row to the wing.
Fresh off a historic British & Irish Lions Tour, where fans watched stars like Andrew Porter, Pierre Schoeman and Mack Hansen tear up the turf in Canterbury boots, the brand has swapped its fiery Red Dahlia for a clean, ice-cold finish.
The Stampede Elite became the prop’s weapon of choice, while Hansen lit up the pitch with the Speed boot. Now, the White Pack takes that same performance pedigree and dresses it for a new season.
“The most noticeable component about the Speed Elite is how light they are,” said Canterbury Ambassador and Lions winger Mack Hansen.
“The Red Dahlia colourway will always hold a special place for me, as these were the boots I wore throughout this year’s Lions tour, but I love a pair of white boots and I can’t wait to wear these as we head into the new season.
“It was always the flashy wingers who would wear white boots, but now to see Canterbury creating boots for forwards in these colourways is really cool!”
