Chiva-Som Hua Hin puts the phones away and the soul first with a three-month reset

Chiva-Som Hua Hin Sunrise

If you’ve ever needed a nudge to put the phone down and pick your health up, Chiva-Som Hua Hin has lined up the sort of schedule that leaves excuses at the door.

From October through December 2025 (rolling into New Year’s Day 2026), Chiva-Som Hua Hin is running Retreat & Renew—a no-nonsense, device-off, results-first programme that blends nutrition, movement, ritual and a little celebration for good measure.

Eat well, then eat better: Taste of Indochina (The Emerald Room)

The resort’s fine-dining hub unveils Taste of Indochina, a culinary tour that moves from Laos’ spice notes to Vietnam’s garden herbs and Cambodia’s citrus snap. It’s all cooked to the house gospel—wholesome, balanced, health-conscious—proving indulgence and vitality can sit at the same table.

Table for talking: The Communal Table (The Emerald Terrace)

Built sustainably from upcycled coconut husks and set to the soundtrack of the sea, the Communal Table is for conversation, not notifications. Guests share wholesome plates, ditch devices and remember what mealtimes were invented for: people.
