The new UK Sales Leader, Simon Overing, brings 23 years of sales leadership experience and a background in the fitness industry, starting as a personal trainer in the armed forces. Based in Nottinghamshire, Simon is well-positioned to lead the Precor UK sales team.
Simon expresses his excitement about working with one of the world’s leading brands and emphasizes the importance of prioritizing customers, staff, and partners for success. Prior to joining Precor, Simon developed and executed sales and marketing plans in various regions.
In addition to Simon’s appointment, Precor has formed a global executive team. Dustin Grosz, the Chief Executive Officer, has over 30 years of industry experience and a track record of leading companies through growth.
Frank O’Rourke, the Senior Vice President of Global Sales, brings decades of experience in leadership and sales management positions.
The team also includes Kelsey Hennessy as the Global Head of Human Resources, Mitchell Pavao as the Vice President of Global Technology, Jon Sullivan as the Chief Financial Officer, and Dave Mendenall as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain.
