FORTIS, powered by Speedflex, is a fitness concept loved by A-listers and accessible to everyone.
With superstar ambassadors including Dion Dublin, Ben Shephard and Alan Shearer, the technology led ‘HIIT without the Hurt’ workout is catching on at local leisure centres for everyone to enjoy.
Created in partnership with leisure operator Everyone Active, FORTIS powered by Speedflex is launching four brand-new studios in Hornchurch, Basildon, Spelthorne and Fareham.
FORTIS’s 30-minute HIIT workout is based around Speedflex’s unique personalised resistance concept, allowing every participant to train at their optimum level.
The workout is combined with MYZONE to provide members with live heart rate data and feedback on their effort level.
The studios also include bespoke FORTIS functional movement stations providing an unlimited variety of workouts.
With this new class offering, FORTIS and Everyone Active are giving users an affordable, accessible and inclusive workout, where everyone from experienced athletes to those new to exercise can work out to their maximum, in the same class.
Of the workout, Speedflex ambassador and former professional footballer and TV presenter Dion Dublin says; “I’m a huge fan of the Speedflex method as it doesn’t give your body any aches or stiffness after workouts.

As lockdown restrictions lift, the new openings provide locals with a new and exciting way to workout.
