Terms & Conditions:

  • These terms and conditions apply to the “November 2022 Prize Draw: “Win a Thrudark Multi-Colour Cap″ competition (“The Competition”) run by the Sustain Health Magazine, 
  • By claiming the prize, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.
  • The competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees of Sustain Health Magazine and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

Competition Entry:

  • Sustain Health reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time.
  • To enter The Competition, the described action must be completed between 00.01 10/11/2022 and 23.59 30/11/2022.
  • Entry to the competition may only be made through the applicable method(s) indicated in the competition information. The Competition is open to all brands within the Sustain Health Magazine with multiple methods of entry. Not all of the following methods of entry may be available to each brand in each competition.
  • The method of entry “Sign Up and Social Share (worth 5 entries)” describes the action of signing up to the Sustain Health Magazine Mailing List and then sharing via social media channels
  • Multiple entries by the same person will only be accepted for entries via “Sign Up to the Mailing List” and “Engage with us on social media”.
  • The method of entry “Engage with us on social media” describes the action of sharing on one of the Sustain Health Magazine competition posts on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. To enter by commenting on our Twitter post, accounts must be public in order to qualify for entry.
  • The method of entry “Leave us a review”, describes the action of clicking the link. To enter via this method, you must have read one of our articles within the last twelve (12) months and be the person who read the article.
  • The method of entry “Enter your email address”, describes the action of subscribing to our emails by entering your email into one of our sign up forms on the Sustain Health Magazine ‘only’ website. This method of entry is only available to new subscribers.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Prizes

  • Win a Win a Thrudark Multi-Colour Cap″.
  • The Competition opens at 00.01 01/11/2022 and 23.59 30/11/2022.
  • The winner will be selected at random and contacted before 02/12/2022. Winners must claim their prize within 10 working days of notification or the prize will be void and a new winner selected.
  • Sustain Health Magazine’s decision on the winner is final.
  • The winner must provide proof of identity upon request.
  • Sustain Health Magazine is entitled to refuse to process any prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce sufficient identification when claiming a prize.
  • Sustain Health Magazine reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.
  • The Competition prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.
  • By claiming The Competition prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.

Data Protection and Publicity

  • Sustain Health Magazine (or any brand within the Sustain Health Magazine Family) may exercise its sole discretion to use the winner’s name, email address, image and their comments relating to the prize and competition experience for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
