pliability’s Running program is launching with two guided paths – a “Beginner’s Series” and a “Hip Health” program. Both follow a four-week series with two routines per week, each 15 minutes or less.

The Running Hub also includes short mobility warm-ups and cooldowns (each 5-8 minutes long) to bookend runs from the comfort of your home.
Over time, there will be a series of “hit the spot” programs that target specific body parts like feet, calves, IT bands, and glutes for runners who have specific problem areas.
