NOCCO Becomes Official Functional Drinks Partner To Both Men’s And Women’s IHF World Handball Championships 2023

Functional beverage NOCCO announces it has become the official functional drinks partner to both men’s and women’s IHF World Handball Championships 2023. A next step for NOCCO’s extensive support to dedicated and hardworking handball players throughout Europe.

The IHF Men’s World Championship 2023 will be held in Sweden and Poland, between January 11 to 29 2023. Matches will be played in nine cities with finals in Stockholm, Sweden, the city where NOCCO was originally born.

It will be an event of a global scale, with an expected cumulative TV/streaming audience of over 12 billion, and 1 million total spectators attending the arenas.

At NOCCO, we’ve had a strong commitment to supporting handball for several years. It’s a tough and fast-paced sport that demands vigorous, dedicated and hardworking players, reflecting the values NOCCO stands for. We are very proud to support both the men’s and women’s world championships, which takes place in some of our strongest markets. During the men’s championship, NOCCO will be present at all arenas and at several related events. The beverages will be available for players and NOCCO will arrange several events and competitions, for both visitors and online via social media.

NOCCO is already a partner to more than 20 handball players throughout Europe, including stars such as Jim Gottfridsson (Swe), Jonathan Carsbogård (Swe) Andreas Pallicka (Swe), Mathias Gidsel (Den), Ómar Ingi Magnússon (Ice) and Sebastian Barthold (Nor) – which will all participate in their respective national teams.

In December 2023, NOCCO will also be an official functional drinks partner of the IHF Women’s World Handball Championship which will be played in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
