World CrossFit competitor Brooke Ence is an international fitness icon with over 1.5 million Instagram followers and actress with film credits including breakout roles in WONDER WOMEN, and JUSTICE LEAGUE.
Brooke starred as “THE BOSS” on FOX’s physical competition series“Ultimate Tag” , which released May 2020. With all episodes shot, it was one of the few non-scripted summer shows that wasn’t disrupted by the pandemic.
Hosted by NFL players J.J., T.J. and Derek Watt, the competition is an adrenaline-fueled take on the classic playground game.
Competitors must vault, dodge, tumble and dive their way through several different three-dimensional courses. All the while, the contestants will be chased by resident taggers Brooke Ence and friends.
The road that led Brooke to Hollywood and to become one of the most respected CrossFit stars wasn’t easy.
After competing in the CrossFit arena since 2015, she suffered significant wear and tear on her shoulders in 2017.
Doctors recommended a major surgery that would take her away from CrossFit competitions, but she chose instead an investigational treatment — injections of stem cells.
Now, after a few treatments and 3 years later, Brooke is back to intense training and is ready to not only take on competitors on FOX but to make her first appearance to a national CrossFit competition in 5 years.
Referring to herself as the “professional underdog,” Brooke is taking in the small moments during her rigorous training program.
When Brooke is not training in the gym, she’s refining her acting skills, hosting her popular podcast series Between The Reps, and running her companies ATHIA (skincare), ENCEwear (apparel), and NAKED Training App.
An entrepreneur and businesswoman at heart, Brooke also has partnerships with FNX supplements, PowerDot, and Trifecta, to name a few.
She is currently gearing up for the upcoming launch of GRIT, a brand new active wear collection for ENCEwear in 2021.
