Mental wellness platform MindLabs backed by neuroscience is today launching its app following a series of investment, to support users in overcoming stress and anxiety, sleep and low mood with engaging live and on-demand content.
The platform utilises expert knowledge from world-class mindfulness practitioners, ranging from global breathwork expert Richie Bostock, clinical psychologist Dr. Erica McInnis and Head of Mindfulness, neuroscientist Anne-Sophie Fluri. Classes are specifically designed to help users rewire their brains to sleep better, stress less, be more energised and feel happier.
