Parcours, a leading British manufacturer of cutting-edge aerodynamic cycling wheelsets, are pleased to announce that they will be supporting international professional triathlete Kyle Smith for his appearance at The Challenge Championship in Samorin, which also plays host to the PTO Collins Cup.
This weekend will see Kyle Smith, a professional triathlete from New Zealand race at the Challenge Championship event in Samorin, Slovakia in order to gain crucial points for Team International at the Collins Cup.
In his first season of long-distance racing, Kyle also has his focus on the upcoming 70.3 World Championships in St. George, Utah and the rescheduled IRONMAN World Championship race in February in Kona, Hawaii.
Throughout his training and racing, Kyle will be supported by the wide range of Parcours wheelsets to ensure that he has the best options for every course profile to enable him to race as efficiently as possible.
With the recent news of the postponing of the IRONMAN World Championships 2021 fresh in everybody’s mind, all eyes are looking forwards to this weekend’s race which is set to be incredibly hotly contested in the PTO Collins Cup.
This middle distance event is hosted at the x-bionic Sphere, and with the bike route taking in the flats alongside the Danube river, aerodynamics and efficiency are set to play a huge part in the overall race result.
Kyle is proud to be supported by Parcours to ensure that he will be on the fastest possible wheels for the bike leg ahead.

This is Kyle’s first season racing both middle- and long-distance triathlons, having impressed as a junior and as an under-23, winning World Champion titles in both Aquathlon and Cross triathlon.
Kyle has continued to find success as he progresses through the ranks, winning both 70.3 Taupo and Challenge Wanaka with new course records in the process, and qualifying for the IRONMAN World Championships with a third place finish at his first ever IRONMAN distance race in Taupo.
