This secluded paradise encourages guests to disconnect from everyday life and embrace the French Riviera’s unique douceur de vivre, with a great selection of activities for foodies and sports enthusiasts alike.

Mindfulness and Wellbeing

This holistic program is founded on the four key pillars of exercise, relaxation, nature and healthy eating.

A team of highly qualified expert coaches provides personalised physical activity programs and coaching support. Among the soothing open-air activities on offer are yoga, breathing sessions and qigong, and there are water-based activities to re-energise and invigorate.

As well as physical exercise, mindfulness and wellbeing allow guests to cultivate their creative side with a range of hands-on activities and workshops designed to help reconnect with the self and the natural world.

Pottery workshops, garden tours and flower arranging courses are among the mindful activities on offer. At the Spa, treatments are made with high-performance skincare products by brands Biologique Recherche, Dr. Burgener and Sodashi, providing ultimate relaxation and visible results.

Provençal and Mediterranean Culinary Delights

Food lovers can enjoy an exquisite selection of dishes crafted by Chef Yoric Tièche. At chic French Riviera bistro La Veranda, guests can enjoy light seasonal cuisine with dishes prepared using fresh produce from the Hotel’s vegetable garden, while Michelin-starred restaurant Le Cap (which reopens on April 14, 2022) celebrates the best of Provençal cuisine in a revisited elegant and contemporary version. Newly appointed Chef Sommelier Alessandro Nigro Imperiale brings his knowledge to enhance the culinary experience with a wine pairing highlighting the region’s rich vineyards.

The poolside Grill at Club Dauphin (which reopens on April 14, 2022) is the perfect option for a laidback lunch by the sea, with a selection of local fish and shellfish dishes along with a variety of refreshing salads and colourful Mediterranean creations.

For the aperitif, the izakaia menu offers a choice of Nikkei dishes to combine or share, accompanied by signature cocktails.

The Hotel has also created several al fresco culinary experiences that will seduce families or couples looking to enjoy a romantic dinner.

Among the experiences on offer are waterfront picnics, the chance to enjoy the Chef’s Table in the Hotel gardens, lunch in a private cabana at Club Dauphin, and a Mediterranean barbecue on one of the panoramic terraces.
