Golf holiday provider Glencor is one of the first companies ever to be given a prestigious award for providing a trusted service and excellent customer service for the past decade.
The York-based business was given the ‘Feefo 10 Years of Proven Trusted Service Award’ in recognition of its customer service excellence.
This coveted award is only given to companies that deliver consistently high customer service. It’s based solely on the Feefo reviews and ratings over the 10-year period.

Ten years of five-star service
Glencor has had 1,439 reviews on Feefo in the past 10 years – this year alone they’ve had 132 5-star reviews.

How the award works

The awards are unique because they truly reflect a business’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers.
The 10 Years of Proven Trusted Service Award is given to businesses that have won Feefo’s Trusted Service Award for the past 10 years.
To win this award, you need to get more than 50 reviews over 4-stars.
Feefo also has a Gold Trusted Award, which is awarded for those companies getting 50 reviews over 4.5 stars, which Glencor also achieved.
And it has a Platinum Trusted Service Award – for getting the Gold Star Award for three years in a row – which Glencor also achieved.
