It’s time to dust off your trainers on National Fitness Day next week with leading gym chain Anytime Fitness laying down the challenge of covering the distance of the Great Britain and Ireland coastline in 24 hours.
On 22 September, you can access any its 175 + clubs across the UK and Ireland completely free, with guests and members looking to collectively complete the total coastline distance and play their part in getting as many people moving as possible.
Within the gyms, visitors and members will be encouraged to run, cycle or row their contribution to the 31,368km distance at their own pace, with all locations going head-to-head to become Great Britain’s most active gym.
To book a place on the challenge and your free access, visit www.anytimefitness.co.uk
Anytime Fitness will be setting up dedicated areas in the gym for visitors and members to complete the challenge, with staff tallying up the distance throughout the day.
