Shoreditch gets its own closed-road 10K as Saucony and Motiv Sports launch London’s next big running event.
Get ready to lace up in East London—Saucony Run Shoreditch is officially landing this September.
Taking place on Sunday 21 September 2025, the inaugural closed-road 10K promises to be more than just a race—it’s a celebration of community, creativity and culture in one of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods.
Brought to you by Saucony and Motiv Sports—the team behind major running fixtures like the Saucony London 10K and Wizz Air Hackney Half Marathon—this new event is set to deliver the same high-energy, music-fuelled experience that runners across the UK have come to love.
And judging by early demand, people are ready to run. Over 8,000 pre-registrations flooded in during the early access phase, with first-release tickets selling out fast. General entry is now open from £35, but places are expected to go quickly.
“We’re doubling down in London as a key city focus for the brand,” says Cameron Black, Vice President & General Manager at Saucony EMEA.
“Shoreditch has all the cultural DNA for us to bring something unique and disruptive for a big running event.”
Set against the backdrop of Shoreditch’s vibrant street art, historic architecture and indie energy, the yet-to-be-revealed 10K route is expected to show off East London in all its eclectic glory.
Ian Allerton, Director of Operations at Motiv Sports, added: “The atmosphere at our London events is always brilliant. Shoreditch is a fantastic area and we are delighted to help celebrate what it has to offer, as well as engaging more with the wider East London community.”
As with other Motiv Sports events, expect live music, street-side support, and local community activations—all of which make for a high-energy race day and memorable finish line experience.
Whether you’re chasing a new PB or running your first 10K, Saucony Run Shoreditch is shaping up to be one of London’s most exciting new races.
