Canyon Bicycles has always kept things personal, building a strong connection with its riders despite being a direct-to-consumer brand. But now, it’s taking things up a notch.
Alongside its digital tools, Canyon is expanding its in-person experience with two brand-new UK locations—giving cyclists more ways to see, test, and connect with the brand beyond the screen.
A New Era of Rider Engagement
If you’ve ever longed to actually feel a new bike before you buy it—rather than just clicking “add to cart”—you’re in luck.
With Canyon’s expansion into these two UK locations, you can finally get hands-on with the brand’s newest rides, bridging the gap between online browsing and real-life testing.
But these spots aren’t just basic showrooms; they’re buzzing hubs where you can hop on anything from a sleek road bike to a hardy E-MTB, get a pro-level bike fit through the Perfect Positioning System, or pick up your freshly purchased Canyon via the Collect and Ride service.
This move comes as part of a bigger global rollout of Experience Partners. By the end of 2025, Canyon will have 15 such locations across Germany, Belgium, Finland, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Czechia, the USA, and the UK.
It’s all about creating tangible connections for those who want more than an online shopping journey. Research shows 65% of riders prefer testing a bike before buying, 60% crave expert advice, and 53% value in-person aftercare—statistics that underline Canyon’s push toward personal touchpoints and exceptional service.
“We’re bringing our direct-to-consumer model closer to riders,” says Aaron Budd, Head of Sales and Marketing for Canyon UK/IE. “Canyon UK Experience Partners will provide bike tests, collection options, and local community events—all tailored to empower cyclists and inspire new ones along the way.”
Meet Moloko Cycling
Located in Barnes, South London, Moloko Cycling is the brainchild of founders Alex Gaudé and Paul Barthorpe. Their passion took shape in Mallorca in 2018, eventually blossoming into a dedicated cycling space post-lockdown.
“We started Moloko to help people get the most out of the sport—whether that’s picking the perfect bike, meeting like-minded riders, or planning a cycling holiday,” says Gaudé.
“We’re excited to deepen our collaboration with Canyon and continue delivering tailored support to cyclists of every ability.”
Opening on Saturday, 1st March 2025, Moloko aims to bring the Canyon experience to life in London. From demoing the newest road rigs to exploring Canyon’s apparel lines, this South London spot is designed to keep you riding in style.
