Trading over 20 years, ‘Connect it’ is a growing local business specialising in supplying multi-utility connections within the construction industry.
The business offers a technologically advanced, dedicated, and comprehensive multi-utility service that covers installations, including Gas, Electric, Water, Smart Fibre, Street Lighting and EV.
Since 2014, the family-run business has been a long-standing regional partner of Southampton Football Club and is proud to become a back-of-shirt sponsor for the women’s side in a two-year deal.
Connect It Utility Services, which is fully committed to supporting the women’s football community, will form a partnership with the club which aims to promote the women’s game across the region, attract new fans and help inspire the next generation of talent.
As part of the campaign, Connect It Utility Services Ltd will be working on a wide range of fan activations as the women’s side plays more games at St Mary’s. They will also be giving away tickets to watch the women’s side to girls’ grassroots teams, local charities, and schools.
“Connect It Utility Services have been a fantastic long-standing regional partner over the last eight years. We are delighted to be entering this next phase with them as they come on board with Southampton FC Women.
This is an exciting time for the team and for women’s football, following their promotion to the Barclay’s Women’s Championship and we look forward to working together to grow the women’s game,” says Sarah Batters, Director of Marketing & Partnerships for Southampton Football Club.
“Connect It Utility Services are delighted to announce our partnership with Southampton FC for the 2022/23 season. In particular, this season we are very excited to now be a kit sponsor of the Women’s team.
We look forward to working with Southampton FC across the season to help to promote the Women’s game, attract new fans and inspire future talent. Best of luck to all the players and staff for the new season.
As part of our sponsorship, we are also offering local schools, charities, and grassroots girls’ football teams complimentary tickets for each home game,” says Peter Leech, Managing Director for Connect It Utility Services.
