Charity leisure operator, Fusion Lifestyle, is recognising the hard work and dedication it takes for those currently training for the Capital’s famous 26.2 mile race by offering complementary recovery swim sessions for prehab and rehab purposes ahead of race day.
Participating centres include South London’s historic gem, Brockwell Lido and North London’s inclusive facilities at Park Road Leisure.
With both offering outdoor lidos, many runners will be thrilled to use the facilities for cold-water immersion therapy – which supports faster recovery and reduced inflammation as well as helps to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and stress.
As long-time supporters of The London Marathon, with Fusion Lifestyle volunteers supporting at gel stations again for this year’s event, Fusion Lifestyle is delighted to offer its pool facilities to race-goers for free from 21st March until 28th April 2024.

Those interested in redeeming the offer simply need to show their London Marathon 2024 ballot place at reception to gain entry.
