Apple Fitness+ is kicking off the new year with two major updates: Collections—a curated series of workouts and meditations designed to help you hit specific fitness goals—and Time to Run, a brand-new audio running experience that takes inspiration from some of the world’s most iconic running cities.

And that’s not all. Season 3 of Time to Walk is also launching, with guests like Rebel Wilson, Hasan Minhaj, and Bernice A. King, plus new Artist Spotlight workouts featuring Ed Sheeran, Pharrell Williams, Shakira, and The Beatles.

It all drops on January 10—so if you’ve been looking for an excuse to get moving, this might just be it.

At launch, you can run through:

🏃‍♂️ London – Coached by Cory Wharton-Malcolm

A new episode will drop every Monday, and you’ll even get photos of the route’s most notable sights, snapped by your trainer, which you can save or share post-run.

Like its Time to Walk sibling, Time to Run is designed to fit into your lifestyle—whether you’re running outside or on a treadmill. And for wheelchair users, it transforms into Time to Run or Push, offering an Outdoor Push Running Pace workout.
