Fit Soul Kitchen’s Nancy Odogwu Joins WW as a New Generation Digital Coach

Nancy Odogwu of Fit Soul Kitchen

Nancy Odogwu, a nutritional therapist, published food writer and creator of popular blog Fit Soul Kitchen, is joining WW (Weight Watchers reimagined) as part of the Digital 360 programme led by a new generation of dynamic coaches within the WW app.

Mum of three Nancy, left a successful career as an investment banker to follow her passion for health and nutrition and has built a strong following via her blog and Instagram account @fitsoulkitchen.

Now she brings her nutritional knowledge, culinary skills and passion for creating delicious and nutritious food to the WW Digital 360 programme where she will share regular content to inspire members on their own weight loss and wellness journeys.

Digital 360 is a new programme from WW designed for digitally savvy, always-on and on-the-go members. It’s powered by a new group of inspiring WW coaches who have expertise in what members need – including nutrition, fitness, mindfulness and applied clinical psychology.

Members can follow one—or all—of the expert Coaches on the WW app to get exclusive digital content, live coaching experiences and a catalog of special virtual events.

It takes a content first approach, providing engaging daily motivation and live on-demand coaching experiences to ensure members get the most out of the WW programme and achieve their goals.

Born in Congo and brought up in London, Nancy takes her inspiration from a wide variety of cultures and her recipes often include African and Caribbean influences.

She’s released her first cookbook, Ultimate Health Food Recipes and completed a post-graduate diploma to become a nutritional therapist.

Members who follow Nancy on the WW app can expect tasty recipes, fun cookalongs and helpful meal plans and will benefit from Nancy’s clever tips, nutritional advice and creative ideas.

“Cooking and nutrition are my passions and I love to have fun with food so I’m excited to be able to share that with my new WW community,” said Nancy. “I have so many ideas for recipes, tips and tasty meals all of the family can enjoy. I can’t wait to get started – come and join me!.”

Nancy joins existing Digital 360 Coaches; Swansea nurse Cath Davies, Kent fitness instructor Josh Ward and London based foodie and Psycle instructor, Natalie Chassay, who all follow the myWW+ programme, WW’s most personalised programme to-date, offering a comprehensive approach to wellness.

Backed by WW’s proven behavioural science, D360 offers a reimagined 360 (degree) approach to weight loss coaching: guidance, expert insight from trusted coaches and motivation from a like-minded community for weight loss and total body wellness.
