Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “December 2024 Prize Draw: ‘Win a J.Lindeberg Beanie’” competition (“The Competition”), operated by Sustain Health Magazine (“the Promoter”).
1.2 By entering or claiming a prize, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees, partners, and immediate family members of Sustain Health Magazine, as well as anyone involved in the creation or administration of The Competition, are excluded from entry.
3. Competition Entry
3.1 Sustain Health Magazine reserves the right to change or amend the entry process at any time.
3.2 Entries are valid only if they are submitted between 00:01 on 28/12/2024 and 23:59 on 15/01/2025.
3.3 The method(s) of entry will be outlined with The Competition information and may include:
- Sign Up and Social Share (worth 5 entries): Sign up to the Sustain Health Magazine Mailing List, then share the relevant content on social media.
- Sign Up to the Mailing List: (worth 5 entries):
- Engage with us on Social Media: Multiple entries allowed for this method, which involves sharing or commenting on Sustain Health Magazine’s posts on Facebook, Instagram, or X. If entering via X, participant accounts must be public.
- Leave us a Review: (worth 15 entries): Click the link and provide a review based on having read any of the magazine’s articles in the last 12 months. The review must be made by the same person who read the article.
- Enter your Email Address: (worth 5 entries): Subscribe to Sustain Health Magazine emails using one of the sign-up forms on the Sustain Health Magazine website. This option is available only to new subscribers.
3.4 Sustain Health Magazine takes no responsibility for entries that are not received, regardless of the reason.
4. Prize Details
4.1 One winner will receive a “J.Lindeberg Black Chequered Beanie.”
4.2 The Competition is open from 00:01 on 28/12/2024 until 23:59 on 15/01/2025.
4.3 The winner will be selected at random and notified before 16/01/2025. If the winner does not claim their prize within 10 working days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be chosen.
4.4 The decision of Sustain Health Magazine is final and binding on all entrants.
4.5 The winner may be required to verify their identity before receiving the prize.
4.6 Sustain Health Magazine reserves the right to refuse to process a claim if the winner does not provide sufficient identification upon request.
4.7 Sustain Health Magazine may choose to declare The Competition null and void, in which case a replacement competition may be organised.
4.8 The Competition prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.9 Claiming the prize implies acceptance of these Terms.
5. Governing Law
5.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
6. Data Protection and Publicity
6.1 Sustain Health Magazine (or any associated brand within its network) may use the winner’s name, email address, image, and comments about the prize and The Competition experience for promotional and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without prior notice or additional compensation.
