Canyon Expands MyCanyon Custom Programme to China, Singapore, Korea and Australia

MyCanyon Custom Made

In the ever-competitive world of performance cycling, the launch of MyCanyon by leading direct-to-consumer brand Canyon isn’t just a new gear—it’s a whole new drivetrain.

The long-anticipated customisation programme is now available across key APAC markets, including China, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, offering riders a fresh level of creative control over their machines.

And we’re not just talking about picking a nice colour and calling it a day. With MyCanyon, enthusiasts can now sculpt their ideal ride down to the last detail, from bespoke frame artwork to wheelsets tailored for that Sunday sprint—or coffee stop flex.

Following a successful US debut earlier this year, the global rollout of MyCanyon marks a major stride forward in Canyon’s ongoing mission to combine precision engineering with personal expression.

“With MyCanyon, we’re putting creative control into the hands of our riders,” said Canyon CEO Nicolas de Ros Wallace.

“And with our new office in Shanghai, we’re excited to deepen our relationships with riders across China, delivering world-class service alongside world-class bikes.”

A Bike That Fits Like a Glove, Looks Like a Dream

Riders using MyCanyon in the APAC region can now build custom Aeroad CFR bikes directly through Canyon’s website or the Canyon App.

The process is slick and intuitive, with a user-friendly interface available in local languages—and a 3D augmented reality feature thrown in for good measure. It allows customers to view their dream build in lifelike detail, spinning it around to scrutinise everything from the saddle to the paint job.

The options? Streamlined, smart, and surprisingly stress-free. The programme focuses on three key customisation areas:

  • Fit: Nail your perfect riding posture with adjustable saddle types and stem lengths.
  • Function: Dial in your drivetrain, wheels and tyres to suit everything from alpine climbs to crit racing.
  • Aesthetics: Choose from three jaw-dropping frame collections—Fabrio, Mano, or collaborations with Italian designer Elena Salmistraro and visual artist Felipe Pantone. Cap it all off with a personalised name sticker, because why not?

And no need to wonder what’s happening in the workshop—once your order is placed, you can track your bike’s progress step-by-step in the Canyon App, right up to the moment your custom carbon steed rolls out for delivery.

Shanghai Steps Up

But this isn’t just about bikes; it’s about Canyon planting a serious flag in the East. The MyCanyon APAC launch coincides with the official opening of Canyon China, headquartered in Shanghai.

It’s a move that signals more than just logistical growth—it’s a commitment to local service, stronger rider communities, and premium, region-specific support.

According to Canyon, the first wave of custom MyCanyon bikes will begin shipping by the end of June. From fast roadies to meticulous tinkerers, the message is clear: your ride, your rules.

So, if you’ve ever stared longingly at a sea of identical frames and thought, “There has to be a better way,” Canyon just handed you the paintbrush. And the torque wrench.
