FORM, the industry-leading fitness technology company pioneering real-time visual feedback is excited to announce a new integration with TriDot, the Official Training Platform of IRONMAN®
This innovative integration allows FORM users to import TriDot workouts directly into the FORM app, which are seamlessly synced with the FORM Smart Swim goggles for real-time swim guidance.
TriDot is an award-winning software-as-a-service (SaaS) training platform used by coaches and athletes that utilises artificial intelligence and extensive performance data to optimise results for each athlete, drawing from a robust database of 20 years of training metrics.
TriDot athletes receive execution feedback for each of their workouts in the form of a TrainX score. Before this integration, swim workouts were the hardest to achieve high TrainX scores.
Athletes can now accurately complete their swim workouts by using the real-time visual performance data FORM provides through the lenses of the FORM Smart Swim goggles to improve their TrainX scores.
FORM and TriDot’s partnership creates a two-way bridge between both platforms, which upon connection enables TriDot workouts to be pushed to the FORM app.
In the FORM app, users can review their upcoming TriDot workouts and sync them to their FORM goggles.
Post-swim workouts are saved on the FORM app and update a user’s TriDot TrainX score based on how well the user executed their workout.

TriDot users will need a pair of FORM Smart Swim goggles and access to FORM’s Premium features in order to connect accounts and be guided through their swim workouts in real-time.

All FORM goggle purchases include a free two-month trial of FORM Premium, which includes access to workouts, training plans, HeadCoach™, TriDot workout imports and SwimStraight™.
After trial expiry, continued access to FORM Premium features costs $15/£13/€15 a month or $99/£84/€99 annually.
