George brings a broad and highly respected background in Sport and Musculoskeletal Medicine, having worked across military, NHS and elite high-performance sporting environments. He is the Founder of Citius Health, a clinic at the forefront of sports medicine and rehabilitation for individuals with knee osteoarthritis, pioneering the use of Arthrosamid, a novel hydrogel injection designed to improve function and quality of life. Previously, George has served as a Tournament Physician at Wimbledon during The Championships, and as Club Doctor for Harlequins Rugby, including their Gallagher Premiership title-winning season. His experience also spans working with Team GB across both Winter and Summer Olympic sports, as well as roles with Southampton FC and Chelsea FC. Away from clinical practice, George is a committed endurance athlete. He has podium finishes at multiple ultramarathons and has completed international marathons, multi-stage races, Ironman events, and major road cycling competitions.
