Expect The Unexpected During Fitness Camp Experience At Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

Set deep within 500 acres (200 hectares) of picturesque Hampshire countryside and created by a raft of top fitness professionals, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire invites guests to escape the traditional exercise routines, push their boundaries and discover a new them.

The Escape will take its passengers way past their comfort zone and force them into the unknown,” says program instructor Joshua Blackmer.

On day one, the journey will begin as guests are issued with their personalised Escape kit, as all of their mobile devices are locked away and they meet their team of fitness professionals. Their orientation will then commence with a tour across the Estate via Landrover, mountain bikes and on foot, to familiarise them with their local terrain.

All set for what lies ahead, their day will be completed with an outdoor meditation session, disconnecting them from the world beyond the Estate.

Day two will start with a bright-and-early wakeup call and two extreme exercise classes, pushing participants to their fitness limits. Ready for refuelling, they will then have breakfast and a nutrition masterclass led by an expert nutritionist, before launching into the boot camp from US military trained Joshua Blackmer.

Only once the boot camp is completed and they have dived into an invigorating ice bath will they be able to enjoy a tailored treatment in the serene Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.  The day is then finished with yoga and stretching to get everyone set for the final day.

After achieving fitness goals they never thought possible, the transformation will be finalised with a specially crafted morning Tai Chi session followed by an exhilarating adventure through a Highwire Adventure and finally an indulgent spa treatment.

Talking about The Escape, one of the key creators and instructors, ex US military soldier Joshua Blackmer explains:  “The purpose of our boot camp is to push individuals outside of their comfort zones, both mentally and physically.

When training in the army, I learned that when put in the right environment there are no limits on what you can achieve. With The Escape we will give you a foundation of knowledge concerning health, training and nutrition and something completely outside the normal routine of the gym or studio.”

The Escape will take place on Monday, April 1 – Wednesday, April 3 and Friday, June 14 – Sunday, June 16, 2019, and will include up to 12 hours of training, 3 hours of spa treatments, breakfasts, healthy lunches and dinners, use of the spa facilities and two nights’ accommodation.

The Escape is priced at GBP 1,650 per person (April) and GBP 1,850 (June) (based on single occupancy).
