With London Fashion Week descending upon the Capital in a matter of days, Barrecore, London’s original boutique barre collective, has launched a workout challenge perfect for those inspired by the strong and elegant silhouette of a supermodel.
Synonymous with the statuesque and lithe bodies of models including Jourdan Dunn and Claudia Schiffer, The Barrecore Method has the stats to back-up the hype.
With as little as six minutes of isometric exercise being the equivalent of 30 minutes using weight-lifting equipment, the workout allows fat-burn for up to four days after a class. It’s no wonder the classes are first choice for the models.
Starting Monday 16th September, the ‘Back to Barre’ Challenge, which starts at £150, requires participants to do four classes per week for a month.
With this special-edition programme, participants will also get the chance to complete one of Barrecore’s specialty classes, ranging from a slow-paced BarreRESTORE; which priorities active recovery, to the high-paced BarreSWEAT class, which incorporates Hiit-based cardio into a barre-routine.
Barrecore will also offer users the chance to complete a Technique Workshop with founder and celebrity trainer Niki Rein, who will work guide the class through her principal techniques and offer her insight to why barre is such an effective workout. These are taking place in the following locations and times:
