My Swim Ride Run
This October, David Lloyd gyms are challenging everyone to complete My Swim Ride Run – the triathlon you can do in chunks, so you don’t end up in bits!
Whether this will be the first triathlon you’ve ever taken on or you’re a seasoned pro, you have 31 days to complete it whenever you want, in a way that’s a challenge for you.
Take part on your own, with friends or with your family - however you choose to complete it, you'll be raising money to power the British Heart Foundation's life-saving heart research.
WHAT TRIATHLONS CAN I DO?
We have a triathlon for all levels of fitness. Check out the distances below and decide which one is right for you.
Sprint triathlon: 750m swim/20km ride/5km run
Olympic triathlon: 1.5km swim/40km ride/10km run
Half triathlon: 1.9km swim/90km ride/21.09km run
Full triathlon: 3.8km swim/180km ride/42.195km
