Combining barre work, flexibility, strength and centre-work, Ballet Fusion is a unique workout that is built upon traditional ballet techniques with elements of pilates, yoga and fitness to shape, tone, strengthen and flex for a happier body and mind.
Each class is instructed by a qualified ballet teacher including Alicia Sandercock who trained with the Royal Ballet School and Olympic weightlifter, Chloe Blackmur.
During the month of November, every Friday ‘Quickie’ class will be free to join. The 12 pm class runs for 30 minutes – perfect for squeezing in a lunchtime workout!
The class consists of 10 minutes of barre work, 10 minutes of centre work, 5 minutes of abs and 5 minutes of stretching – great for posture correcting while WFH.
Beyond November, the class will be free during the first Friday of every month helping keep you on track well into the New Year.
Newcomers don’t have to wear a leotard and tights (unless you want to!) and with the classes being online, you have the option to leave your camera turned on or off.
