Menu Close Introduces Wellness Week To Motivate People On Their Fitness Journeys

Future’s new healthier, happier living website is introducing Wellness Week for the first time, which takes place from 5-11 October 2020.

This new initiative, in partnership with online sports retailer Wiggle, will consist of a special week of themed content, advice and inspiration to generate awareness around the benefits of having a good physical and mental shape in the new age of wellbeing.

The online wellness destination will support those making an effort to keep well with seasonal fitness and wellness tips, news, features, buying guides, updates on the latest deals, and inspiring case studies and interviews. Some of the content will also be curated on Future’s Tom’ and, to reflect their joint participation in Wellness Week.

The weekly themes will structure the health and wellbeing, fitness, nutrition and mental health content around:

Foody Tuesday – with advice on the healthiest foods, common Keto diet questions, sugar substitutes, curbing food cravings, and more.

Workout Wednesday – with advice on why cross trainers are a great workout, the best posture exercises, the ultimate routine to sculpt your core, and supercharging the workout cycles.

Therapy Thursday – with advice on the uses of light therapy and scentscaping, among many topics.

Fit Gear Friday – with advice on what the difference is between trail shoes and running shoes, and how to make sense of the stats on the fitness tracker.

Science Saturday – with advice on tracking the heart rate, how to ease menopause and anxiety, getting a gait analysis as a runner, winter health tips, and more.

Sleep Sound Sunday – with advice on the best sleeping positions, how to fall asleep fast, finding out your sleeping score, and the best bedtime routines.
