How is Amunra superior to regular coffee?

What are Polyphenols? What do they do specifically for recovery?
Polyphenols are found mainly in plant compounds and have many excellent health benefits such as helping digestion, boosting brain health, protecting against heart disease and Type 2 Diabetes, and reducing inflammation.

When is the optimum time to drink Amunra pre workout?
Studies have shown that caffeine can be taken as little as 20 min before, and up to 90 min before exercise. The majority of the studies show that plasma caffeine levels stay elevated for up to three hours after consumption.
What is the physiological response to a cup of Amunra in the body? How is it going to make me feel?

What is the maximum dose?
Recent evidence suggests that we all metabolise caffeine in a different way depending on which caffeine genotype variant we carry suggesting that the limit per day would depend on the genotype one carries.
Nevertheless, it has been reported that drinking 3-4 cups of coffee per day may do you more good than harm.
Can Amunra replace my regular coffee?
Yes, Amunra can simply be swapped out for your regular coffee grounds or beans.
I am sensitive to caffeine, can I still have it?
Yes, Amunra is completely safe. If you are very sensitive, we would advise starting with no more than one cup in the morning and generally recommend that you do not have it close to bedtime as this could affect your sleep.
The half-life of caffeine is approximately 3-5 hours, so half the caffeine ingested remains after this time.
Do you have to drink it after exercise as well?
No, you don’t have to. One cup before exercise is sufficient to receive the recovery benefits and it is not required to have another coffee after exercise.
However if you want to you can, and studies have found that caffeine consumed with carbohydrate actually enhances glycogen re-synthesis . Try making a cappuccino or latte with milk to make an excellent recovery drink packed with protein and polyphenols.
Is coffee a diuretic?
This is a myth, it has been shown that coffee does not act as a diuretic and in fact provides similar hydrating qualities to water when consumed by regular coffee drinkers.
