Fast with flavour, the adidas adizero 8.0 “Snow Cone” pack was inspired by childhood memories and the vivid colours that make up the vast variety of flavours from snow cone stands and trucks across the nation.
Centred around a central flavour profile, each cleat blends the pantone colour chart to create a unique look for each of the special edition cleats in the pack.
Designed to showcase style and built for elite performance and speed, the five flavours in the “Snow Cone” pack include Grape Twist (purple/orange), Blue Raspberry (red/white/blue), Pink Lemonade (pink/yellow), Watermelon Mango (green/pink) and Mystery flavor (rainbow).
The adizero 8.0 is engineered for football’s fastest players and takes the football cleat silhouette to the next level by incorporating a sneaker profile and redefining fit, feel and lightweight construction.
Inspired by innovations from the adidas Running Uncaged UltraBOOST and adidas Originals NMD silhouettes, the adizero 8.0 is engineered to naturally move with the foot on the field, allow for flexibility and movement through the ankle, and help provide a comfortable, precision fit with maximum breathability.
Bringing sneaker style and insights from the streets to the gridiron, the 2019 adizero 8.0 cleats feature a woven bootie construction, which is sculpted to be aerodynamic and wrap around the foot in order to provide a sock-like feel.
The woven upper is seamlessly blended with a lightweight, TPU overlay that helps provide structure for lateral movements, durability and support, while an anatomical lacing system aligns to the bones of the foot for added comfort.
The comfortable yet durable upper is powered by a lightweight SRPINTFRAME with strategically placed SPRINTSTUDS with a rotational traction zone that is designed to provide peak performance, multi-directional strength and unrivaled traction.
The finishing touches include adidas’ iconic Three-Stripes emblazoned at the toe cap of the cleats, the adidas Badge of Sport logo at the arch of the medial side of the cleats and a “adizero” moniker dons the front pulltab.
